A deposit of 50% of the fee reserves the cottage.
The balance must be received 14 days prior to arrival.

Three nights or more perferred (no cleaning fee) 10% discount for 3-6 nights and for multi weeks (excluding holidays). Two nights will require a $40.00 cleaning fee and or pets will require a $40.00 cleaning fee
Each additional person or pet charge is $10 per day, $50.00 per week
Maximum capacity of 6 may not be exceeded in any cottage.
Pets allowed with permission only. (fees apply)
Smoking is permitted outside only.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival if paid with check or money order. If paid with credit card a 10% charge will apply.
